Beach Volleyball Nets

Toughstake™ is ideal for securing your beach volleyball net at the beach. Everyone who has ever setup a beach volley ball net has come across the problem of stakes slowly being pulled out of the ground. This usually occurs when the ball or person hits the net, and the stake slowly starts to move. Normal stakes all attach at the top of the stake, which leads to movement with only a slight force. The medium sized Toughstake™ sand anchor works excellent for setting up on the beach. 

The medium size allows for the beach volleyball net to be setup with four stakes (two on each side). Beach sand usually consists of 4-6 inches of light sand, and then a thick compacted sand. When using the Toughstake™ in on the beach we recommend tapping the stake in the beach with a rubber mallet. Gently tap the stake into the ground with a slight tapping motion. Once firmly secured, each medium Toughstake™ anchor will hold up to 150 lbs with no movement. This is over 10X that of a stake which is 5 times as heavy, more bulky, and twice as long. The simple nesting feature and lightweight design (only 4.2 oz / 119 g )allows for easy packing in your backpack, car or boat.
