Anchoring your Kite while Kite Boarding

Toughstake™ is ideal for securing your kite(s) while snow kite boarding. When you are on a snow field setting up your kite for kiteboarding, the wind can readily rip the kite out of your hands and your day is spent chasing your kite (if you ever can find it), instead of kiteboarding. The lightweight (only 7.0 oz / 198 g) slim design of the Toughstake™ makes packing the Toughstake™ easy. 

The winged shape profile fits nicely into packs and your car. After reaching the snow field, simply tap in the Toughstake™ into the compacted snow. We suggest at this point to pull out the stake and get a feel of the force required to remove the stake. After this, simply reset the stake in a new area. Clip your kite onto the ring at the end of the guy line assembly, and your kite will be secured.
